To request a service call, please fill out the form below. See beneath it for information on our service rates.
SERVICE RATES
Normal business hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm - $100/Hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Same-day service during normal business hours: $125/Hour with a 2 hour minimum. Same-day service may be available, but is not guaranteed.​
Service after hours: $150/Hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Holiday Hours: $200/Hour with a 2 hour minimum.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By clicking "Submit," you are acknowledging the service rate and service hours of Lantek Audio, Video and Communications. Unless you have an active service warranty with Lantek AVC, your company will be charged the minimum service rate.
If you have an active service warranty with Lantek AVC and, during the service call, it is discovered that the issue was "User Error," your company may be billed the minimum service rate.
